I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The conversations were professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable. The team created a welcoming atmosphere so it was easy to connect with the team and get a genuine sense of the company culture and the role. The interviews were thoughtfully structured, not overly complex, but intellectually stimulating. It felt more like a discussion among colleagues who share a strong interest in Exolaunch’s work and the aerospace field.
There were two interviews in total. The first was a 30-minute introductory chat where we got to know each other, talked through the role, and how my background aligned with it. It felt natural and relaxed, which really helped set the tone.
The second was the technical interview. The team kindly shared the topics in advance, which really helped me feel prepared. It was more of a collaborative conversation than a formal Q&A, with thoughtful feedback and a great exchange of ideas.

First round is the evaluation of candidate's knowledge about the Exolaunch company's visison and operation. Second round is technical.
