The interviewer himself did not know anything . He himself was unaware of the concepts. They wanted someone to work on an immediate basis so they hired me . Also there is groupism in the organization

Medium level process, basic questions of c++, linked list, design patters, arrays, first round is coding round and next one is technical and one more technical then manager round, at the end hr round on salary fiscussion

3 rounds of interview. general round, aptitude and final discussion. Interview process was quick and selection was fast.
Overall the experience was good.
But to give the appointment letter they took some time otherwise its a nice company to work
