I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Evia in Sep 2019
Interview
I had a short phone interview and was invited in for a formal loop with a technical supervisor, project manager and then an upper manager. 2 of the three people I looped with were completely disengaged and strictly read questions off their computer. Nothing personal, just getting the task done. I was pretty turned off by that, but came back for a final round interview with the executive team. My final interview started by them saying it wasn't an interview, but them talking about the company and why I would want to work there. They had also told me for the first time about the LARGE travel requirement for the role. I was shocked and really disappointed to have made it that far without anyone telling me that. Ultimately that was a deal breaker for me. Several days later, I got an email decline from someone on their executive team-not even a phone call. A pretty unprofessional interviewing experience in my case.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was your biggest failure, your greatest work success, toughest problem you've tackled and how did you tackle it.
It's very long process and not there is not communication from HR about the interview process and selection process. Lots of fake promises. Irrelevant questions ask in an interview. Management has no proper d irection
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Evia (Redmond, WA) in Nov 2017
Interview
3 half-hour rounds each with a different person. They do have different questions but they are all fairly similar, none of the interviewers are in management positions, they are peers/co-workers
