Everything But The House interview questions

The first portion was done over the phone, it took about 30 minutes, and consisted almost entirely of me reading through my resume and the recruiter explaining the kind of employee they were looking for, we did not discuss benefits or pay but I was told to await an email where I'd set up an interview with the head of the team I'd be working with if hired.

Quick screening interview that went nowhere. Company seemed disorganized and interview felt rushed, procedural, or forced. It felt like the interviewer was just trying to get through as many as possible as fast as possible. Definitely didn’t get call back and didn’t really care.
