Interview
I was called by someone from HR a month after applying and was asked if I was still interested (which I was). I was then offered an in-person interview in Berlin, CT. When that interview was over, I was emailed in under 24 hours for a second interview. HR/Talent Acquisition is responsive and friendly. Onboarding isn't too bad. The only complaint I have is the length of time the background check tends to take. Overall, would recommend.
Friendly, want to know your interest in the industry. Questions will be based around motivation. Lots of questions about experience and how you can learn on the job. overall process is well structured

Interview
First, HR reaches out for a brief first round interview. A few fairly simple questions, conducted by an HR rep, and she scheduled me for a second round interview right there on the call.
The second round interview was with my potential supervisor and another analyst. Mostly behavioral questions. My interviewers were friendly and enthusiastic, but seemed like they were ready to wrap it up by 50 min in (interview was supposed to last an hour.)
