Total negative experience. Here are few things to mention. 1. Interviewer come late 2. Without any intro, start asking questions directly. 3. change room in between interview. 4. Rude behavior 5. Interviewer leaves room to ask for feedback from first interview while you are in the middle of interview 6. Kick you out of company in second interview from total 7 by saying you can leave since we have got what we want from you 7. Shows back door of the office to leave in the middle of the interview 8. checking phone while you say something In first 5 minutes, i could figure out i can't work for this company even if i get selected. I felt like leaving in first interview itself but i am good professional who knows how to maintain healthy conversation despite i don't like. Its OK to get rejected, every company needs some set skills and not every candidate has it but there is a way to handle it. For candidate also, there are plenty of companies out there, you are not the only one.
