Honestly, the whole experience with Everlight Solar felt very strange. The screening interview was a Zoom interview, but the interviewer turned off her camera while asking me to keep mine on. They also didn't ask me a single question about my professional experience. Instead, they just kept asking vague questions about if I was willing to put in 110% or if I'm "ready to join a kickass team full of go-getters." Seemed like an unhealthy, hustle-centric culture.
