I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Evergreen Nephrology in Oct 2023
Interview
Typical interview, contacted by the recruiter then scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. That went well then scheduled for a panel interview which also went well. THEN scheduled to meet with a physican for less than 10 minutes THEN they ask you for references they will contact before they even offer you an offer letter. IMO, its too much for how much they are offering for the position.

How do you deal with conflict while working remote?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Evergreen Nephrology (Dover, DE) in Aug 2023
Interview
Thier are three interviews total. First phone interview, then a video interview with a manager, than a third interview with a panel of managers. You are required to tell your current manager if you work in Neprology. This is even before you know if you will get hired.
Rude response. Lack of transparency. Toxic culture. Highly do not recommend Risk Adjustment/Quality. First I was called by recruiter and told the position was given to someone else. In two days, I was called again and the position was Fall Through. I was interviewed by Hiring Manager. I was first told I will be leading the team and development and in the end of the interview they have vendor. Lot of inconsistency and lack of transparency in the answers. When I asked for the leadership as they website link was not working hiring manager told me to contact the HR or recruiter. Not willing to share anything about the company. Be cautious before working for this department. As of today the position is still not filled as per online.
