Everflow interview questions

30 min interview, assesment center followed with great experience, consisted of team project, case study and 1:1 interview where critical thinking and communication were tested. Overall, I enjoyed it and would apply to this role again

I received an email after the application closing date entitled 'Lets Talk'. A date and time for an informal chat was arranged. I waited for the call during the allotted window and none came. I was told a meeting had over ran so they'd been unable to get to me. It was rearranged for the next day. Following the informal chat, a formal interview was arranged. It was the most bizarre interview I've ever had. The guy only asked about 3 questions, seemed really awkward and he couldn't wait to shut the interview down and get it over with. I didn't hear back from him with the outcome which I presume was a 'no'. Very odd and unprofessional.
