The first step is to find someone you know in Evercore to submit the resume for you since the company does not have an online application portal. Then there were the mixed of behaviors and technical questions for the first round and superday for the second round onsite.

phone screen was very technical, asked nuanced questions about business optimization. technicals took up 80% or more of the interview. classic behaviorals, nothing surprising there. Only know about first round.
