Had several zoom interviews and one on site. All seemed detached from another, ie notes shared etc, didn't seem they took the time to review my resume which lead to questions that could have saved time to discussed more personal, and character exploration. Two where very lengthy and interviewer was primarily focused on just macro describing the role. The HR response was very generic and did not sound honest in any way, nor was it a constructive feedback as to why my submission was rejected.
