At first it went well. I enjoyed my time there and everyone was very kind and we had good conversations. I left feeling good and about two weeks later I heard they were "very interested" in me and I would hear about next steps. I then heard NOTHING for over three weeks. I sent a few messages to check in with HR until we finally spoke on the phone and I was told they weren't moving forward with me. Which I kind of figured but circling back would have been appreciated. I had already moved on to other roles. I can't believe the total lack of following up and the whole process took almost six weeks. Ridiculous.
