      I applied online. I interviewed at Evans

      Interview

      First was a phone screen, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then two video interviews- met with a total of six people. There was also a predictive index assessment and two writing samples requested. For the most part the interviews were positive and transparent. The last interview was explained as conversational and meant to be a cultural fit interview. That one felt very transactional and was a list of questions rather than conversational. I realized after the last interview that this role was not a good fit for either of us, but overall had a positive experience learning more about the organization. I was rejected via email two weeks later- after four meetings and pre work, I would have hoped for a conversation rather than an automated rejection.
