The interview consisted of two rounds, the whole process was very well organized and the atmosphere was relaxed during the whole interview. Every round lasted around one hour and I was informed about the result shortly.

Interview
I was excited to have the opportunity to join ECF and to do the interview. Then, it turned out just one more organization/HR that GHOSTS you after interviews, even after sending a kind reminder to HR+the other interviewer asking for a response (not even a feedback, just a yes or no). "A values-driven organisation", but respect is not one of them. Very disappointed.
