I was sent a pre-screening email that asked a lot of strange questions that did not align with the role. Then was asked to take a personality assessment, which was also very strange and seemed closer to a psychological analysis. I met with the recruiter who spewed technical jargon and let me know that the company owner spends a lot of time in Europe, which had nothing to do with the question I had asked. It was a very strange process and felt like a waste of time. They did get back to me quickly which I appreciate.
