I did my first round of interview with a team analyst, second round with the team director. First round is more behavioral and second round focuses Mostly on ongoing geopolitical events and your analysis.

Interview
I was advised it would have many stages. I went through three: screening, hiring manager interview and written assessment. Hiring manager was professional and friendly and advised that the work required working at outside normal hours due to clients' needs across the world.
