I had an interview process with the company, including both HR screening and a discussion with the hiring manager, which went well. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive any feedback or communication afterwards. The position was eventually closed without any update or even an automated response. This kind of experience raises questions about the company’s communication standards and respect for candidates’ time. This kind of experience makes it difficult to justify investing time in future applications with the company.

Headhunted by an outsourced recruitment agent who scheduled interview with the Head of HR. Interview was on site in the factory and the role was newly created for the factory.
