They did not mention the finance internship was for graduate students early. Therefore, it did not make sense to get an interview in the first place. Either way, the phone screening was easy but I could not move forward because I am an undergraduate student.

Panel interviews with a good balance of behavioral to technical prompts. Every conversation felt natural, not forced. HR was very communicative, even when there was a technical error. One HR interview, then multi-panel interview with the specific team members and leads, then final offer.
