Very nice interviewers and not super hard questions. Interviewers were easy to talk to and asked the typical expected questions. Just be confidient and don't stress too much and you'll be fine.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (London, England) in Oct 2013
Interview
I first submitted my CV to an HR consultant within the company and after two weeks was called back for an interview. I met with the Brand Manager of the division I was being interviewed for. She was young, down-to-earth and friendly.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (New York, NY)
Interview
They were quite professional, they asked a few question that were enough to introduce myself snd they gave me enough information about the work and the way the company functions.
The first round was a group interview with multiple candidates. The process was structured, and the recruiters were professional and clear in explaining what the role entailed. Each candidate had a chance to introduce themselves and answer a few questions, and the format gave a good sense of how the company evaluates teamwork and communication.
