I had an initial screening call with HR, and that went well. Chatted for about 15minutes and told them I was interested in the role. HR said they would get back to me soon about the next round after screening more candidates- it's been more than 8 weeks, haven't heard back. Not bummed out that I didn't get the role, rather, at the normalised culture of ghosting.
