I interviewed at Essie Justice Group (Pasadena, CA)
Interview
There was a 30 minute interview and I was told that would get back to me in a week or two. They actually got back to me within the same week during my first interview. The round was a written exercise and then later the same thing for moving to the next round. The last interview was with the organizer director and they said the same the same thing that would get back to me within a week or two, but complete silence.

Question 1
How would I interact when leaders are bumping heads?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Essie Justice Group (Pasadena, CA)
Interview
There was a screener interview, then a second individual interview. It was very cold and they were super dismissive of the work experience I shared. They also never ended up hiring for the position I interviewed for.

Question 1
They wanted me to explain shorter campaign jobs, looking to understand employment length.

Interview
Please steer clear of this organization! I went against my better judgement because I truly appreciated the work that they do and wanted to join a mission-driven organization.
After a first round interview where the [title redacted] arrived 20 minutes late, I completed a hiring exercise, followed by a 1.5 hour third round interview. I was then invited to a final in-person interview, which was scheduled to be two hours long. After confirming my availability for the final round, I never heard back. No cancellation, no explanation, and no response to my follow-up. I was simply ghosted.
It's incredibly unprofessional to move a candidate through multiple LONG rounds, including a final stage, and then end communication entirely. Based on other reviews, this lack of respect for people's time and energy seems to be a pattern. Unfortunately, the culture I observed throughout the process only confirmed my earlier concerns. Save yourself the time and trouble with this org.

Question 1
A mix of behavioral and situational interview questions. 10-15 interview questions in the second round, I don't remember but it was excessive.
