I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Esper (Bengaluru)
Interview
First round was a junior engineer. It was very basic and easy questions. When asked about the team, he mentioned he is the team :)
2nd round was with an architect, who seemed least interested in taking the interview and was Yawning throughout the interview. These kinds of attitude reflects badly on the company culture and the employees.
