Erwin Pearl interview questions

I was recruited for this, as I already worked in the industry. The recruiters told me about the company and gave advice for the interview. I recorded an interview online using a webcam, answering questions they gave me right before. I had two or three phone conversations with the management of the company after that.

It was a short and sweet. The two that interviewed me were very informative. They knew exactly what they were looking for, and expressed they would not settle for less. Reading the reviews of this company before coming, I would of thought horrible things. They sold the position well.
