Multiple rounds of video interviewing. throughout there was a lot EQ questions with little technical questions. The interview process lasted a few hours. The offer came a few days after through email.

-Describe the process from beginning to end of erecting a telecommunications tower. -If you have signal issues how would you trouble shoot?
Hiring process was spanned out over several months, 1 phone interview 1 Skype interview. Followed by completion of physical and dot screening. Process took awhile even after receiving offer letter, followed up by school house completion.

Quick and to the point. Ask mostly about my climbing experience and fiber cables. I had no doubt I would be the job based on two interviews. I applied and got a call the next day and two Skype interviews the following day. Then I was made a low ball offer, however I was able to counter and get a better deal.
