skype interview, really informal. This will really depend on the advisor, most of the times they will ask for a presentation and in person interview. I interviewed from the US and then these weren't really options.
One interview and then I received the offer.
During this interview I had to present a topic that they chose.
Then I had to present my own work on Master.
I applied online. The selection procedure was very fast, they contacted just a few days after deadline for application and invited me for a skype interview. Interviewers were very polite and friendly. Skype interview took about 30 minutes.
