Straightforward process. You speak on your background and experience and any previous knowledge you may know already of the business. Be prepared to discuss the business involved in wealth management and why you want to learn asset and wealth management.

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.
