Phone Interview. I received an email and responded the email and today I received a phone call from the recruiter. He was unsecure and babbling. He asked me several questions and invited me to a physical interview. Suddenly he changed his mind and in a rude way told me that I was not the person he was looking for.

Interview
Quick, casual and easy. Soft skills are more important than technical skills for the role. Had 3 interviews: 1. HR - just a casual intro and why you want to work here type of questions. 2. Managing Partner - Asked about my experience 3. Mentor- Managerial and team interview same as 2nd round
It was a multi-step process, which went faster than I had anticipated. That was much more exciting because through out the process the excitement was there and everyone was replying extremely promptly.

3 step process. Started out with a phone interview. You're sent an assessment. If you have good characteristic signs then your are asked to do a in person interview with an employee. The final interview os then will the head of the firm.
