Eporia interview questions

I applied on the Eporia website and got a call about a week later for an interview. There was not a real phone screening. Just, are you *insert your name*? What do you know about Eporia? (I knew nothing) When can you come by? The interview was a cake walk single interview split into two parts. The first part was with Doug (CEO/Founder). We talked a little about what I was looking for in a job and what Eporia does. It pretty much boiled down to Eporia is a small company and can you work in an environment where you can count the number of people you interact with on a singe hand. The second part was with a Software Engineer. They came in asked me if I had Jquary, CSS C#, ASP.NET, XML, and Win Forms skills. I said yes and then I was asked if I had any questions. I asked about the technology stack and work environment but was mostly in shock at the lack of questions from the dev. A few minutes late Doug came back and said they like me. He gave me an offer I made a counter, he countered. I told him I will think about it, called him a few hours later with a new number we agreed and set a start date. After starting I asked about the lack of white-boarding and technical questions and was told that was unusual for the company.
