One guy lost job because of small jokes we did. Just we make fun of him by writing reviews online anonymously which led to immediate termination of his employment. Happened way back in 2020 i this. Management runs by uneducated people so they don’t follow any rules nd policies. Immediately terminated his job without giving any experience letter or any explanation. The interviewer was good and have good knowledge of the field with technical and actual implementation it was a 3 step process with 2 technical round and the HR round
