All the people who work there are AWESOME and YOUNG! They were super easy to talk to and genuine. It was a very pleasant experience, overall. In my experience, group interviews -- at times -- can be awkward. That said, they made me feel very welcome and valued. They were active listeners. A lot was going on but they made an effort to make me feel like a priority. Very good, efficient team.
Phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, standard questions. Asked about myself, my interests, who from their label I knew, what I wanted to do etc. Was a very pleasant call didn’t ask too hard questions.
