You fly down take an easy test and interview. They go thru the motions and ask a few questions. If you breath you got the job. They know they are going to hire you even if your an idiot because that are bleeding mechanics out the rear end

The interview was quick and easy with simple technical questions. I was asked to identify safety wire pliers. I was also asked a question about selector valves in regard to hydraulics systems.

Straight forward low stress interview. Common questions that describe yourself. Basic aircraft mechanical aptitude questions. Anyone that has had any experience working around any aircraft should do fine. I think the interview may have lasted fifteen minutes.
