I applied online. I interviewed at Envisage Worldwide (London, England)
Interview
The interview was a team interview in which you were on a zoom call with other fellow applicants. Did not ask me anything important. Felt as they had made their decisions prior to the interview on who was going to advance.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Envisage Worldwide (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Reached out to via email for an interview that lasted 2 hours 30, most of which was 2 hours 15 minutes of wait time. They put you in a group of 30 and explain to you the business model, and what they do. Then tell you that you will move to stage 2 if you are successful, but the only criteria for stage 2 was:
- Are you looking to progress? (Yes/No).
- Are you looking to work part-time or full-time?
Then was made to wait for an hour for stage 2 where they said there was 35 people being interviewed for 3-5 positions.
Recruiter seemed inexperienced despite being in the second tier of employees (HR managers, just under senior executive). Aside from asking one question on what sales roles you like, all they asked in the second round was, "Do you have any questions for me?"
Why interview someone, just to ask them to interview you?
