It was a three round interview. The two first steps went great. But I got rejected in the last step without any specific feedback. Also, the CTO had some obvious wrong approaches during technical interview.

Joined a very positive call with the CFO and was told I'd be moving onto the next round. The next day I was rejected with no explanation and was ghosted by the recruiter.

- Interest in driving operational improvements, less focus on strategic elements of finance (at least to start)
