Lengthy interview process talking to various directors of different departments. Pretty average and more behavioral interviews. Wish they gave an indicator on offer and it was unclear how I was doing through the whole process, until getting an offer and the end.
Basic interview process with a phone screen conducted by talent acquisition, followed by a round with the hiring manager, then a panel interview with the team. Usual questions asked about culture fit and technical expertise in STAR format as well as an overview about the company and tools it uses.
The people I spoke to were reasonably nice, but I was ghosted after the final interview. So, watch out for wasted time in an interview setting. Not a great look

System design a large feature, and they preferred to avoid using system diagrams, favoring typing out the answer in a document
