I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enrich Consulting in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied via my school's career website. Heard back pretty quickly from the VP. He was easygoing and pleasant to talk to. Some basic questions looking for fit followed by a technical interview with some probability/stats. Went very well so far! Unfortunately, the person who interviewed me next wasn't unpleasant. She spent most of the time talking about herself, didn't really listen when I did get a chance to speak (asking me when I graduated when I mentioned it maybe 5-10 minutes prior + she has my CV in front of her with the info at the very top), and was quite condescending (comments like "uhhh good luck with whatever it is you're doing" and "maybe you'd make a good grad student"as though I'm applying to her for graduate admissions haha). I was clearly not a personality fit for her and didn't move past this round to an on-site.
