I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Enquero (New Delhi)
Interview
1st they call you to discuss about the job opportunity and take details like total experience, current CTC, expected CTC etc..
Then 2 rounds of technical interview, in this two rounds also the ask about the total experience you have.
After this there is HR round, again they ask for the total experience and CTC, and in same HR round they discuss the policies, benifits and CTC they are offering.
After HR round, they sent me the list of documents required, and said offer letter will be released in 1-2 days.
Now in just 1 day, suddenly their requirements changed, now they need 4+ yrs of experience person.
What were you doing from the day 1 when we discussed on call.?
Also in every call we discussed the same from day one but at the last moment when they are about the send the offer letter they came up the the new requirements.
Stop playing with someone who trusted you.
Very disappointed with this. Never expected this from a well known company like Enquero (Genpact).

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enquero (New Delhi) in Mar 2022
Interview
From day one till the day of offer letter disbursement it has been a really great experience. They are always prompt to all of your queries. For data engineer I had no experience and I've been coming from a SDE background. There were all together 3 Rounds, 2 Technical and 1 HR .
Technical 1: They were expected fundamental knowledge on SQL and Python majorly. The questions were very direct 3 simple codes 1 query and fundamentals. The codes were more of on recursion and hash maps. Other fundamentals were to check how deeply I know about python.
Technical 2: This round was again to check my fundamentals but a bit in depth and more of like situation based. I was asked on everything I mentioned in CV. Docker, Python, Flask, Rest API everything.
Last Round: This was basically salary discussion and all. Once you clear T1 and T2 be assured that you are selected.
Overall a great experience I felt so comfortable in all the rounds. Best part was they didn't focused on any specific stack but your overall ability.
