They can hire anyone even they don't have knowledge about the job. Even a beginner can apply there. They just check you have knowledge about pc basics. Like Adobe Premiere pro. after Effects, Photoshop, etc.

3. basic communication test

Its all about your self and then video sense, how you work? how will you found contents/ideas. tell them a video script.
