The HR texted me through phone and email me to inform me that they had received my application. I added her on Skype, then she sent me basic questions to answer. She gave me instructions on what to do like Speedtest, and sched me for an interview immediately. She asks me basic questions, and she was friendly too.
A couple of meetings where they have you give a demo lesson and give feedback then they go into detail about the company. You also sign the contract the same day.

The interview process was good
The interviewer said that I passed the interview and I can start training. We hung up the Skype call and she sent text message that she will hire me for $2, am I still interested. Their basic pay is $10.
