Disappointing Interview Experience with interviewer from Product Development (Marketing team). Recently, I gave an interview at Engin Technologies and a short heighted woman took my interview. My interview with her, representing Engin Technologies' product development team, was a revealing experience, to say the least. From the moment we began, it was clear that her agenda was far from welcoming new talent into the company. Throughout the interview, she seemed disinterested in exploring my qualifications or potential fit for the role. Instead, she fixated on my history with Upwork, giving the impression that she was actively seeking reasons to reject candidates rather than embrace them. She doesn’t even know anything about B2B Lead Generation. It became increasingly evident that her lack of enthusiasm wasn't just directed towards me but was characteristic of a broader disinterest in welcoming new team members. Her dismissive attitude and biased line of questioning painted a concerning picture of Engin Technologies' culture. I don’t recommend anyone working with her.
