The process took around 2 weeks to be completed. It consisted on 3 interviews: An introduction call with an Engineering Manager, a live coding interview with another EM and finally a Systems Design interview. They were related to what you are going to do in that job position so I would say that the process is fair

Interview
Just a screening call, promised to be contacted back within 48 hours and then got ghosted. Sent a follow up email after not hearing back for almost 5 days, got an automated rejection letter on the following day :)
I applied online and some internal tech recruiter reached out to me to schedule a call for the 1st interview stage. Well, the day of the call came and he completely ghosted me. Never showed up and never sent a message to explain the situation. What a waste of time.
