Energy Remodeling interview questions

I arrived to the interview and got seen over 30 minutes late. Once inside I interviewed with a man who seemed like he was selling me on the company. It seemed like he wanted me right away. I have a feeling they hire and the retention is a process of attrition.

30 minutes interview consist of asking what previous experience in sales you have. They also make you aware that the leads they give you are pretty much garbage but you are in charge of making gold from hay.
