Energy Queensland interview questions

Was good, but lots of steps and very competitive. The first few stages feel like no one is looking at it. They focus more on soft skills rather that your trained expertise.

Initially screening via the resume and coverletter, followed by interview with technical architect, manager and business manager. Around one hour in total, and was discussing the approach taken to solving business problems. Additional questions related to behavioural feedback was asked as well.
