I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Endless (Guatemala City) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very nice experience. Everything was good, they were very punctual with the schedule of the interviews and communicating the job description, responsibilities, and all benefits related to the position offered
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Endless in Oct 2022
Interview
Contacted by 3rd party recruiter. Had numerous calls with them, the CEO, Senior Advisors, and even Matt Dalio. Probably committed 12+ hours in calls, prep work, etc and then nothing. Silence for 2+ months until the recruiter finally got back to me stating they decided to go in a different direction with the position. Not very professional. No person should be left wondering as to next steps for that long, especially from an organization that claims to care about helping people and making the world a better place. Seems like senior leadership is still learning how to run an organization. I got that sense when speaking with them. They are nowhere close to knowing how to operationalize their ideas. So beware - you have technically smart, but organizationally and commercially immature leaders.

Question 1
General senior leadership questions, most where very vague "how would you go about this" type questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Endless in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was an online phone call and then a technical interview. The technical interview was relatively easy. I thought I did well but never heard back, despite my follow up email. I'm disappointed in the unprofessional nature of this company.
