Encription interview questions

3 interviews. General first round phone interview with the MD of the company going through his company and what they do, going through my educational and professional history, CV review. My goals, etc. Second round was also a phone interview but was technical based, and was lead by one of their senior penetration testing engineers. Standard IT security questions, Networking knowledge, tools iv used, languages known, databases known, my network setup at home. Third round of interview was a non-technical face to face with the companies 2 managing directors. Again it was going over CV, more in-dept, i talked about myself, my current projects i work on, self study, certification(s) i am pursuing. Was told i would hear back within 1 or 2 weeks, and that both successful and unsuccessful candidates were contacted, no one would be left wondering. Waited over 2 weeks and heard nothing, politely emailed asking for an update or a timeline. My email was ignored. Unprofessional.
