I had a phone screening with the recruiter. The day before our call, he sent an updated calendar hold without confirming with me first if the new time worked with my schedule. I emailed him to confirm the time we were meeting, which went unanswered. The screening itself was very easy and during the call, he invited me to have an interview with the hiring manager and said he would get back to me within the next day or two to schedule a time. Two weeks passed with no scheduling email, and then I got what was very clearly an automated email saying they were no longer moving forward with my application. So I was disinvited to interview with absolutely no communication as to why. Very unprofessional behavior from the start so although my experience was negative, it sounds like it was for the best.
