EnCompass Project Manager interview questions

My first-round interview with a human resources representative was very uncomfortable and the most adversarial interview I’ve ever had in my professional career. The interviewer had a follow up clarification, somewhat combative response to every single answer I provided. It did not feel like the interviewer was interested in getting to know me or my qualifications but instead she needed to be ‘right’ about everything, kind of like talking to a lawyer. Unfortunately, every single question and answer was like that. Encompass should carefully consider how their employees interact with candidates as experiences like this are incredibly off putting. It was an incredibly disappointing experience and I would never apply there or interview there again. (And yes, this review is for Encompass LLC, based near Washington, D.C.).
