I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Empower (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2016
Interview
Phone interview and then a group interview on-site. Application process included on-line testing. This was a behavioral based interview. Somewhat lengthly process just to work in a call center. Do your research on what it's like to work in a call center and then decide if you really want to go through the lengthly application and interviewing process.

Interview
The questions were straight-forward. There was nothing tricky. I had no problems at all. If you do some basic interview prep - just know how you want to sell yourself - you will do just fine.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Empower (Overland Park, KS) in Jan 2019
Interview
Short and Sweet. Very quick interview and very relaxed. Felt comfortable interviewing and confident after I left. Did not have to wait very long to be called in. There were a few managers making conversation with me before the interview but it was a friendly relaxed dialogue.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Empower (Andover, MA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Got a call telling me the basics of the job, came in to take an assessment that took about an hour, had a group interview with two of the managers who asked me detailed questions and were very helpful, friendly and encouraging. They gave me a more thorough idea of the position and told me I would hear back. After they got my assessment results, they said they would do a background check and once that cleared I got offered a position and did a drug test.
