Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Emory University
Interview
The initial interview was with the dean and two members of the team. They made the experience more of a conversation rather than round robin of questions and they were all so nice. They gave a clear outline of their timeline and instructions on the process. They were also quick to respond and offered thoughtful feedback. I didn't have as much experience as some other candidates so I wasn't offered the position but they did ask me to apply for another position on their team.

Question 1
What specific experience do you have assisting students with the pre-health application process?
There was an initial screening call, a panel interview, and a final interview. The process took several weeks. The questions they asked were very repetitive from one interview to the next.
Professional but a bit intimidating. First interview included me and 4 other people who took turns asking questions. Nothing out of the ordinary, but questions were both typical and ones that required specific examples .
