Interview
A 45-minute Zoom interview with three additional team members, focused on discussing role responsibilities, workflow collaboration, problem-solving approaches, and assessing overall team fit and communication style. Followed up then knew I got the offer.
Just sending the professor you interested. And then, if they are not replying, you will just need to politely add a follow-up message. Then if the professor interested you, they will have a coffee chat with you
