The interview process was conducted on campus and initially appeared to be smooth and well-organized. The company representatives were polite, supportive, and created a positive impression throughout the selection rounds. I was shortlisted for a 6-month internship, which made me genuinely hopeful and excited about the opportunity.
However, things took an unexpected and disappointing turn after that. Although we were verbally informed about the selection and even given a tentative joining date, the offer letters were never shared. As the joining date approached, we repeatedly tried reaching out to HR, but were only met with vague responses like “please wait” or “it’s on hold.” Eventually, we were told that there were internal management issues, and our offers could not be released at the moment.
It has now been almost 1.5 months, and there has been no further communication or update from the company. The entire experience has been deeply frustrating and disheartening, especially after investing time, effort, and hope into the process. It feels unfair to be left in uncertainty after being shortlisted, with no clarity or accountability from their side.
